How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am probably about 70-80% Paleo. Tried it this fall and found I feel a lot better if I follow the diet, but work full time and have twin 9 year olds and so don't sweat it when I can't fully follow it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I also run and do that mostly on my own.

CrossFit has changed my life. I am the fittest I have ever been and love it.
