How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I try to eat healthy by not eating too much junk food and uping the amount of natural foods in my diet. Anything heavy, greasy, or fatty, I save for that once in a while cheat meal.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I work out 4 days a week; 5 if I have the time and feel up to it. I'll stay extra once or twice a week to work on a skill or do some weight lifting.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I danced for 3 years when I was younger; doing ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, russian ballet, modern, and various others types in work shops. I turned couch potato after that and focused all of my attention to my education and academic pursuits. I got active again when I started doing crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started doing crossfit when my fiance asked me to come support him as he did it. When I started I had issues lifting even the 15 pound barbell. Now I've worked my way up to 55lbs and more. I entered crossfit feeling like I would have my work cut out for me just to catch up to the others who were starting along side me. All of them could lift more weight, had better cardio, and even out of shape could do more than I could. I couldn't even lift my own luggage at an air port. Now, I feel like I'm almost done catching up with them, and can at times even get in on the competition. I'm rarely first up to head against them, but I can hold my own now. Give it a little more time, and I will get stronger, faster, and better, and I will place higher.
