How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I told to be pretty paleo, but it's nice to have a meal every now and then that is fully loaded with carbs!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I play ice hockey a couple of times a weeks and participate in women's tourneys on weekends about once a month. I play roller and try to keep up! I play softball on occasion, but I'd much rather lace the skates up and play!
