My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I did all sorts of sports in high school and was a D-1 high jumper for two years in college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I "chose" CFNE because they had a LivingSocial deal; I can honestly say it's my second favorite purchase ever.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try to get to the box 4-6 times a week and run / golf / play coed softball several times a week (except in winter).
