How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to stay clean without letting it control my life.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Football, Hockey, and Lacrosse in High School.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I joined CrossFit Explode September 2012 and haven't looked back since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Working 12.5hr shifts 3 days a week I am forced to work out at home often. I own a barbell and bumper plates that I have been using in my apartment living room.
