How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Full Paleo except for peanut butter and whey protein. I tend to have a couple cheat meals (and beer) on the the weekends.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Football, Hockey, and Lacrosse in High School.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I followed the CrossFit.com workouts on my own religiously for a summer. A year later (with bouts of .com programming) I joined CrossFit Explode September 2012 and haven't looked back since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Strength/skill work a few days a week (CrossFit Explode programing) with metcons 4-5 days a week.
