How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I am a huge fan of the Paleo philosophy on overall health, wellness, and longevity. However, recently I wanted to start experimenting with upping my carb intake, incorporating white potatoes, oats, and rice. Sweet potatoes are still my go-to carb source. I keep it clean for the most part. I tend to have a couple cheat meals (and beer) on the the weekends.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Football, Hockey, and Lacrosse in High School.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I followed the CrossFit.com workouts on my own religiously for a summer. A year later (with bouts of .com programming) I joined CrossFit Explode September 2012 and haven't looked back since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Working 12.5hr shifts 3 days a week I am forced to work out at home often. I recently acquired a barbell and bumper plates that I have been using in my apartment living room. As soon as the weather warms up, the parking lot will be my gym on work days, CrossFit Explode on days off.
