How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Mornings consist of supplements and organize bread with eggs and peanut butter. Veggies and bread for lunch and meat N' vegetable for dinner. Sounds weird, but try to have one glass of organic milk for my 3 meals. Mid morning and afternoon snacks I like P and J sandwiches.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
CrossFit 5-6 times a week at my affiliate or fire station. After every C.F. I either run a 5k or swim.

My experience at Rocklin CrossFit literally changed my life at the right time. I've recently A life changing experience last year because of going threw a divorce with my children. The member at Rocklin CrossFit kept happiness and positivity inside me during the darkest period of my life. This allowed me to care for me and heal myself which then reflected on my two girls. I'm forever grateful for the whole staff at Rocklin CrossFit.
