How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I stick to the high carb & canned vegetable diet that worked so well for me when I first was introduced to lifting at the Central California Women's Facility . I find that topical application of fish oil really helps with my recovery.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I'm still on the prisons hand ball team too!
