I have an Elite Coach/Athlete in Spencer Marx. The biggest thing Ive learned with crossfit is that you have to check your ego at the door and be willing to learn. Im new but I know im not trying to reinvent the wheel. I just do what my coach says and give it my all. Everything else takes care of itself...
