I am far from being ready. I probably won't pass beyond qualifications. But who cares... I'm just competing in the spirit of the Games.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I stick to Paleo as much as possible. Restricting alcohol to one cheat day per month (wine only).
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout at Chikara Crossfit and wherever I can find a box when I travel.

I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Practiced competitive alpine ski at regional level while in college. Current sports include skiing, snowboarding, iceskating, hiking,rafting, jogging, bouldering, dancing, and CrossFit of course !

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
3 workouts per week + ski or other outdoor sports during the weekends
