My experience with CrossFit has been a torrid affair, much like the Divinyls classic Pleasure and Pain. It's a fine line between pleasure and pain You've done it once you can do it again Whatever you've done don't try to explain It's a fine, fine line between pleasure and pain

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I usually rest to reload on awesome, crushing, dominating, paleo, rhabdo, reebok, not Nike, sugar, carbs, alcohol, coke and pepsi and mobility
