I eat strict Paleo
and it sucks. I'm finishing up Whole30 right now and about to start a second round of it.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
4-5 WODS per week with OLY mixed in. 2 rest days per week.
