How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 10 Zone blocks/day - with double the fat blocks. I eat ice cream or yogurt (unweighed) and a low-carb unweighed meal once or twice a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I do a 3:1 schedule, including a one day/week of Oly class. I try to throw in a rowing class, or rowing WOD on my own sometimes.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Tennis and yoga before Crossfit, now just Crossfit with occasional recreational tennis.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I take a rest day for every three working days - no matter how fun the WOD looks that day. Occasionally I'll do 2 workouts in a day, but just for fun.
