How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat the WAP (Weston A. Price) nutrient based diet high in good fats, moderate grass fed protein and low carbs. Take high quality supplements like Biotics (produced right here in the NW)

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I can't express my heartfelt thanks for all the wonderful instruction, support and encouragement of my coach/owner, Mike Ford and the gang at my new home at Beaverton Crossfit.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Mainly basketball, but played a variety of sports including: golf, baseball, football, etc..been very active all my life.
