Bio

I am so grateful to God and for, Cathy, (my wife, my nutritionist, my Physical Therapist, and my biggest fan and supporter) for helping me to excel as a masters Crossfit athlete. I am also the proud father of 7 wonderful kids and 6 grandchildren. I am so very grateful to be able to compete in this great sport. I really appreciate the help of Fort Vancouver CF and now, Beaverton CF for all the coaching over the last few years to get me to where I am today. Couldn't have done it without ALL the help from my family, my friends, and my coaches! I would like to thank God for His faithfulness in my life and give Him the Glory for all my accomplishments. God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of Power, and Love, and Discipline (sound mind)." 2 Timothy 1:7
