I thank Jesus, my Lord and Savior, for daily giving me the strength to push my self to be and do to the best of my ability. "The Joy of the Lord is my strength" Neh. 8:10. I am also newly happily married and couldn't have made it this far without the loving support of my wife, Cathy (MPT, NTP) my biggest fan, not to mention her good cooking, nutritional support and body work to keep me in the best shape of my life.
