Officially been doing CrossFit for a year now. Making small but steady gains with the barbell, but finding the BW and gymnastics movements are coming along more quickly. My goal is simpy to be better than I was yesterday. I've had some minor physical injuries this past year where I've had to re-work my weaknesses, and practice patience learning skill movements. A wise woman once told me to spend time with people who have something you want; I see that in the people at SPARK.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Trust the program. Work on the weaknesses when I'm done the WODs.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I try to play one team sport per year. Keeps me social and grounded.
