I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming

I work in Liberia for 6 weeks at a time so I do my WOD's in a small gym with a few weights and luckily a C2 rowing machine and stationary bike. When I'm home i join the guys and girls in the box!!

Rugby, Surfing, Kiteboarding, Squash and I'm a terrible golfer
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I'm proud to say our Coach at our Box is the fittest in Africa, Dave Levey!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I typically do 5-6 WOD's a week (1/day) and include running, rowing and cycling for all the days of the week as well.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I started Crossfit properly when I joined Crossfit East London, South Africa. I was mucking about in a traditional gym before then.
