How I Eat
I will start off with, I like donuts, they are delicious. But when I am not eating donuts I eat real food. Especially if it is real tasty.
How I Train
My training has evolved over time, I typically train 4 to 5 days a week. Lately I have been a big fan of incorporating more rest into the actual WODs themselves.
My Athletic Background
Sports and outdoor activities most of my life, then almost nothing for about 4 years, then found CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
Rest on Thursdays and Sundays.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Let's just say I know what sectionals are and have infidel shirts.
