Started CrossFit in May 2012 at CrossFit Northwest Arkansas. I fell head over heels in love with it. Started Paleo around September 2012 & have slowly overhauled my entire way of eating & thinking when it comes to food. CrossFit is an essential part of my life. I can't imagine ever doing another workout or going to another gym ever again in my life. The Box is where my heart is. Can't wait to see how much more I can improve in the CrossFit world....
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat Paleo in my famiy's home. We have cut out all rice, wheat, flour, etc products. I eat organic eggs for breakfast. I drink protein shakes. We order all of our meats from US Wellness meats that are certified grass-grazed. We eat mainly turkey, chicken, fish & buffalo. And we eat a ton of vegetables....and bacon. Maybe once a week I cheat & have some kind of dessert.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
CrossFit at least 4-5 days/week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I also am a tennis player & play tennis 2-3 days/week.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started CrossFit because of & with my brother who is in the Army ROTC. We both did On-Ramp together May of 2012.
