How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I've been playing with paleo for the last 6 months, eating mostly clean but have a few bad days.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
I started training off of the main site a few years ago but was missing the comradery of a gym environment. I also really like being coached by some of the best athletes in CrossFit.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I grew up playing hockey and made it all the way through 2 years of college hockey for Metro State University, then it was Metro State College. Recreationally I've been into climbing our states 14ers, softball, recreational hockey, golf, as well as endurance sports. I've found CrossFit to have helped my gold prospecting hobby as well.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I took on CrossFit to train for my first full marathon and was successful in completing it without injury
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I go to my gym three days a week and the other days I work on my endurance distance runs.
