How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have included whole foods and Paleo into my diet. Pretty much gluten and dairy free also. Eating better lately than ever before.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Used to play rugby until I was 25 then had about 5 years off all physical activity. I started running again a few years ago. My wife bought me a gym membership and that lasted a while, but I was getting bored so started Crossfit in September 2012.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Typically do extra work on top of our regular programming
