How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat anything and everything. I'm pretty thin, and I need to eat a lot to maintain my body weight. If I didn't eat the way I do, I would be 25 pound less.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout at CrossFit South Shore on Long Island. On days I can't make it to the gym, I will do body weight workouts at home, as well as strength exercises with resistance bands.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played roller hockey from age 7 to 14. I'm 26 now. CrossFit opened up a world of opportunities for me. I'm currently looking to join a roller hockey team.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
This is way too long of a story, but all I can say is that it was worth it, it still is, and always will be.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
If had more time I would be doing a lot more work. I do the best I can because I love CrossFit for what it is. I believe in rest days. I love my rest days. I try to make it 3-4 times a week.
