How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat anything I want, but in small portions.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I workout 5-6 days a week. If I am at work for my 24hr shift, we have a box in the basement I can use on duty.
