My Experience With CrossFit
I have been doing CrossFit for about 7 years, and through 3 pregnancies. My youngest is 7 months so this year has been focused on having fun with my family and getting back in shape. I train at CrossFit Billings and am privileged to be a CrossFit Kids and CrossFit coach.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I hope for 4 workouts a week!
