Started Crossfit in May 2011... Crossfit has been a critical tool for me in the past year as I supported my beloved wife Susan through cancer treatments and then through being suddenly bereaved of her in August 2012. The workouts and the amazing Crossfit community have been such a help to keeping my mind safe as I go through this time of sadness and I am very thankful.

I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Lots of running over the past 2-3 years - 10Ks, half-marathons.
