In 2015 I finished top 30 so narrowly missed out on qualifying for the Games. Was determined to not let that happen for 2016. I changed my mindset and really listened to my coach and started to enjoy the training more.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I don't have any Gluten in my diet and restrict sugar and Dairy. I try to include as many colors and as much variety in the foods I eat. My cheat meal is icecream.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I train 6-8 sessions a week and have mostly two rest days. I have learnt to listen more to how my body feels and if something hurts I usually stop.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Have always loved Ocean swimming, surfing and running. In 2014 I ran an ultra marathon (100K).
