How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Try to follow a predominately Paleo diet. Still like to indulge in some of the finer things in food (i.e. chocolate, cheese, sushi, and alcohol). Avoid Gluten and refined sugars as much as possible.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
