I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Affiliate and at home. Do some CrossFit endurance ruck runs as well as some RipToe strength training.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I have thrown my back out multiple times and was worried I'd have back issues the rest of my life. Now my core is strong, back is pain free, mobility is getting better and I've not felt this good in years. I'm excited about learning how to live strong and without pain for the rest of my life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout Mon - Friday and rest Saturday and Sunday
