How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I usually prepare most of my meals for the week.. So I always have "good choices" on hand

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

I do 1 Crossfit WOD usually per day. Plus I do cardio before bed a 2-3x per week.. I'm looking forward to incorporating more yoga into my regimen as well.
