How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat clean as much as I can. Not strict Paleo at all. I fast twice a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
I workout at my crossfit gym 3-4 times a week. I do HIIT 7 min workouts on the days I don't go to crossfit
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have never been athletic in my life till I joined Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I lost 10 inches and a little over 20 lbs since I joined. I couldn't believe how fast and effective it has been towards my body. Update: a Year later, I have lacked dedication to my workouts and diet. Basically starting from the bottom again and hopefully sticking with this for the rest of my life.
