How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat Paleo but not strict. And if there is a day where I don't eat paleo, I make sure it's still clean eating.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout at least 4-5 times a week...sometimes even 6 times a week.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have never been athletic in my life till I joined Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I lost 10 inches and a little over 20 lbs since I joined. I couldn't believe how fast and effective it has been towards my body.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
On a good day, I can do 2 workouts in 1 day. If I have a bad workout because of soreness and lack of sleep I would take the next day off and be fine to go again the day after. I workout as much as my body allows.
