Hi Im Edgaaaa from Costa Mesa, CA and I go to OCCF. I hold 10 Mile Tuesdays which is where I run 10 miles on Tuesdays just because.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat as clean as possible, what I buy is clean but what is around me isnt so clean. I give in to the food and get over it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mainly at OCCF, besides Tuesdays.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I played soccer when I was young, no weightlifting background. I run 10 Miles on Tuesday!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
All positive and very challenging. The Coaches at OCCF push me to my limits, unlike before when I attended GloboGym
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I workout Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Sunday is rest day!
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I have an active runner and member of GloboGym for 5 years before joining OCCF in November 2012.
