How I Eat
I gorge on a diet of meat and meat. I also like to eat meat. I usually wash my meat down with a gallon or so of gold top milk and I practically bathe in Greek yoghurt (it's good for your skin and makes you smell good - I smell elite... Ask Steve Bradshaw Haydock).
How I Train
I lift heavy stuff as often as possible, I try to avoid anything with burpees in it. Burpees are over rated and don't really do anything for your condition or physique, they are only programmed by people who have hangovers and want people to share their pain.
My Athletic Background
I am a model athlete, just being around me makes you more athletic. I'm also the fastest runner in DC (just saying).
My Experience With CrossFit
Andy Edwards got me into CrossFit by making me do some sort of conditioning for rugby. After months of persuasion I finally did something other than bench press in the gym.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I train 3-4 times a day, basically Rich Froning copied my style of training because he wants to be more like me.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Not long enough to be any good at it!
