My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played volleyball, basketball and ran track/pole-vaulted in High School, but ended up focusing on volleyball and pole vault. I walked on to the Texas A&M Track and Field team in 2009 and trained for 2.5 years as a Division 1 pole-vaulter. I took 6 months off while trying to stay in moderate shape... and then I found Crossfit!
