How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
Right now I'm pregnant with twins and work with a nutritionist to make sure I'm getting the proper nutrients and whole foods in for the babies and for me. I continue to follow a strict food and nutrition regiment and will continue after the babies are born.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I am taking a year off of competing to start our family - however, I continue to wod at CFNA at least five to six days a week and modify when appropriate to keep the babies safe. I'm lucky to train with an awesome team and coaches at CrossFit New Albany. Each coach has specific training elements which add to our success including conditioning, skill, and strength.
