How I Eat
Breakfast: 4 Sausage, 3 scrambled eggs, and a banana; Gold Standard Whey a couple hours after breakfast; First Lunch: Chicken Parm (Fazoli's); Second Lunch: Baked Chicken, Sweet Mashed Potatoes, and almonds; Progenex Recovery Shake after workout; Dinner: Steak and Sauted Vegies

My Experience With CrossFit
A good friend of mine got me interested in Crossfit about 4 years ago when we were in the Marines together. During last year's open I found Crossfit 702 and I've been getting better ever since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I take Wednesday and Sunday off.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I've been on and off for 4 years, and I've gotten fairly consistent in the last 2 years.
