I come from Jonesboro Arkansas. I am currently serving in the U.S Air Force. I hold the rank of technical sgt (E-6).
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
The only diet plan I have is eating whatever I feel like including all the delicious junk food. Me and my daughter share a snack every night together. Usually ice cream.

I write my own programming
I plan my own training to sport orient myself more toward military life.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Usually train for 2 hours including skill work. Training days are 6 days a week resting only on Sunday.
