As long as I can remember, I've been a natural competitor. I'm goal-oriented and love a challenge. CrossFit is exactly what I needed a few years ago when my life had taken some turns for the worse. The first day I visited CrossFit Texas, I left knowing that there was no way I could go back to my regular workout routine again. Two months after I joined, the owner, Brannon Muska, asked me out on a "date" and we were inseparable ever since. We were married a year later, and CrossFit became a bigger part of my life that I could have ever imagined. I resigned as a middle school teacher and became a full-time coach and head up the operation side at our gym. Because of CrossFit, I'm in the best shape of my life and happier than ever!
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow Paleo and incorporate Advocare products within my daily routine.

I started CrossFit in August of 2009
