I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have always done some kind of exercise program over the years but crossfit has been the most challenging .
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
Really enjoy the coaching and the nudge I get to push my self to do more.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
