After many conversations with my wife about starting at a gym, I decided to surprise her for her birthday with a trial @ Crossfit works. We were both hooked. Especially when I found out just how out of shape I truly was.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week

spent some time in blueprint classes and moved up to crossfit class about 6 mos ago.
