How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'm a pescaterian, so I eat healthy, but definitely not paleo. I drink alcohol and eat chocolate and other sweets. I eat 3 full meals a day. I go heavy on protein at breakfast and get less healthy throughout the day. I love food. I'm not big on diets or restrictions. I'd rather eat and be happy.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at a crossfit affiliate 5 days a week and I also teach group exercise classes at several other locations and run in my spare time.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I spent most of my time this year coaching high school varsity soccer and swimming. My teams made huge improvements over their seasons from last year, which has had a negative impact on my personal training. I'd rather they do well than me though, so my lack of training is worth it, although I'm sure I'll be disappointed with my results in the Open this year.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I WOD about five times a week, do a little extra lifting and extra cardio a couple times a week.
