How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
If I ate better I might actually see that I have a six pack!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
CrossFit Salem. Awesome owners, trainers, and community! Add to that a new facility in January, just can't be beat!
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I used to bicycle and even raced a couple of years of road and cyclocross. Crossfit is giving me upper body fitness that cycling never could in less time per week. I still love to ride but now it's just for fun and less for fitness.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Three to four days a week at the 'Box'
