My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Am slow to learn some of the skills. Crossfit is hard work but it's fun.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I also run 4-5 days a week. Combining running and Crossfit on some days is a challenge.
