I started Crossfit at Crossfit Riverfront in October of 2011. For me, there is no better box and no cooler people I could train with and I am thankful every day that I have the opportunity to yell, sweat, and push my limits along side my best friends. Now that the Open is over, I'm training hard for Regionals and can't wait for the chance to workout with the fittest in the region!

I weigh and measure my food

I workout at Crossfit Riverfront and use a combination of my own programming and the Box's programming.
