I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also working during lunch breaks whenever I can find the time! Love hanging a set of rings from a tree. Tree muscle ups rock!

I used to train at the Australian Institute of Sport as a gymnast at the age of 9 till I was 16.
