i dont really know any of the above answers, they should all be long time for me and with weights i dont really count it throws me off.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
i eat as clean as possible but am a little fa-chubbs because i love to eat as clean as possible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
very thankful for all my coaches and all the frienships i have made at the gym.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
i used to be athletic in highschool sand then i chose to run with what i thouht were the cool kids.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
crossfit and my coaches at the gym saved my life!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
people do more then one wod a day... nutty.
