My background is track & field. I competed in track & field since 6th grade and continue through college. I qualified for state championship in highschool and nationals in college. My races were 100m, 200, 4x100m, long jump, and triple jump.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat Paleo 80% of the time. I continue to have dairy from milk, half & half, and creamers. The majority of my protein consist of shakes, due to my dislike of eggs and red meat; however, seafood is my favorite protein.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train at Premier Fitness.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I usually workout 4 times per week. I am beginning to incorporate yoga in my routine.
