Bio

I started dabbling with CrossFit in Apr '07, but officially started completing prescribed WODs in Apr '08. Received Level I in Sep '08. Trainer at CrossFit Neptune, one of the very first non-profit affiliate clubs, from Sep '08 - Jun '09. Current trainer at CrossFit Neptune Sigonella/Rota since Jul '09 and lead programmer since Jan '11. CrossFit is not just another exercise program, it's a way of life. I will never go back to any previous exercise routine from the past. CrossFit is simply part of my DNA.
