I played college sports
I was an on/off again (mostly off) gymnast through high school. I competed in Track and Field in high school and college. I've also competed in Equestrian sports (3 Day Eventing and Endurance).

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I'm old. Rest is my friend.
