I love this exercise, it is so tough yet so rewarding. the FIRST thing I do when I wake up is check what workout is on!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
3-4 times a week up from 2-3 times a week. my recovery time has shortened after improving technique, diet and sleep (8 hours) BOOM! I try not to do more than 4 a week so that I stay keen and so that I have time for other sport.
