How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
Eating habits are slowly improving and I do mean slowly!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3 times per week plus either a basketball or football game.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Basketball through highschool and college. Basketball and football in adult rec leagues.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
As mentioned earlier I work out 3x per week. I am coming back from 2 knee surgeries.
