How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
Eating habits are slowly improving and I do mean slowly!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
4 times per week.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Basketball through highschool and college. football in adult rec leagues.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I went from a guy who had 2 knee surgeries and limped around to a Dad who can chase down either kid to take them snow boarding.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
As mentioned earlier I work out 4x per week. I am coming back from 2 knee surgeries.
