I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3 days CF and run 3 days a week with long run on Saturdays. Strive for balance and have fun staying fit!

I usually only do 1 workout a day
MWF - Crossfit TTHSat - Run Sunday - Rest and hang out with the family.
