i coach and work for crossfit Bridgewater. i have been doing CF for about 2 years and am still learning and perfecting this amazing, challenging sport we call Crossfit!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
always been hooked on fitness, ski raced, swam, played tennis, did the boston marathon, and 3 yrs ago completed my first sprint triathlon. got into CF and can't go back to anything else. addicted.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
was asked to start a program at my home gym, and loved it but needed help. connected with another trainer that loved CF, and he joined forces with me and helped me to get the program really going and then he invited two more coaches that he knew from CFNE and the rest is history. we are now 90 members strong and have a great community of people. CF has definitely changed the way i think and live and forever changed the way i train my clients. this program far exceeds any fitness program i have ever seen or been apart of. i truly believe in its philosphy, its depth, and heart!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
i workout 5 days a wk. with 2 rest days when i need it. sats. i sometimes do 2 different WODs with a rest in between.
